BACK TO THE ROOTS The Quai des Bergues Midnight in Geneva M celebrates the inauguration of Czapek's new flagship boutique on the emblematic Quai des Bergues, where François Czapek opened his first watchmaking atelier in Geneva. For the occasion, the Maison revisits that founding story with a new interpretation, whose deep blue aventurine dial is now housed in a 40.5 mm case. A NIGHT SKY IN AVENTURINE The dial is crafted from dark blue aventurine glass, its surface animated by mineral reflections that recall a clear Geneva night. In the 40.5 mm format, its construction becomes especially demanding. Rather than carving recesses into the fragile material, the dial is cut through for the small seconds and power reserve displays, revealing sub-dials mounted with remarkable precision on the metal plate beneath it. THE NEW 40.5MM The new 40.5 mm stainless steel case preserves the defining codes of Quai des Bergues: its curved profile, characteristic lugs and sapphire caseback. Its architecture has been refined around the movement, while the slope of the lugs has been adjusted to improve how the watch settles on the wrist.
