Glashütte Original presents its newly refreshed 70s in its ongoing Vintage Collection — a sporty, TV-dialed watch that celebrates the magical charm of analog in color, texture, and tactile slimness. The dial of the 70s exhibits a new ‘Hexagrid’ pattern, referring to a delicate grid of hexagons – a geometric shape that we also encounter in nature, for example in the fascinating order of honeycombs. On the in-house manufactured dial of the 70s, this characteristic structure is created by a delicate embossing that lends the surface a distinctive visual depth. Depending on the angle of the light, the delicate contours stand out more prominently or seem to blend gently into the background.
